CHOCOLATE BANANA CINNAMON SMOOTHIE

  • ​2 scoops Amazing Grass Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein powder
  • Unsweetened Vanilla
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¾ c Vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon

BERRY SUPER SHAKE

  • ​Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cups mixed Blue, Black & Red berries
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 scoops Amazing Grass Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

 

STRAWBERRY BANANA SHAKE

  • 12 oz Unsweetened Almond or Coconut milk,
